Your risk score, risk group and survival curve come from the same endpoint-specific Cox model. Individual probabilities use its baseline survival function, not the Kaplan–Meier curve of a risk group.

Interpret long-term estimates cautiously
Only 8 OS and 7 PFS development patients remained at risk at 60 months. Long-term estimates have limited support. SHAP explains the risk score, not changes in survival percentage or the causal effect of treatment.
